Our “Essentials” For Three Different Types of Food
Living in an integrated household, we tend to mix and match our ingredients and adapt our recipes to suit our own tastes. The majority of our food is standard American or Arabic cuisine, and we occasionally throw in a little Asian cooking. These are ingredients we commonly use (but by no means everything) in our everday recipes of varying origins. All of these ingredients should be very easy to find, and if you cook like we do, you will go through alot of them very quickly.
Asian (Chinese)

- Oyster Sauce
- Peppers
- Five-Spice
- Ginger
Arabic
- Curry
- Lemon Juice
- Date Vinegar
- Chicken Seasoning (Mixed seasonings bought from any Co-op in Kuwait)
- Maggie Seasoning
- White Pepper
- Chili Powder
- Masala Mix
- Garlic
American
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Lemon Pepper
- Steak Seasonings
- Hot Sauce
- Garlic
- Dill
- White Vinegar
- Meat Tenderizer
- Onion Salt
