I have seen a few hits on my blog in the past few days searching for Kuwait KMOI, KMOI, Kuwait Ministry, or some other derivitive. It seems the KMOI is the most common, so here is the link to the page.

Yes, you can search for your traffic violations there and pay them as well, provided the service isn’t too bogged down.
