Zain Internet Router, Day 1

I just picked up a Zain Internet Router today, to replace my eGO. It’s supposed to be up to 7.2Mbps. Right now, I am stuck connecting to the EDGE network at the below speeds. The first support call to Zain, they made an attempt to fix it. The second support call they just filled out a work order and a technician will get back to me in 4 days.

I have had the device for 6 hours, so the speed is not limited due to transfer amounts. My review of the router so far… easy to setup, but the speed sucks! I can’t change it to WCDMA only. I can’t manually connect to a network. The settings in the router that I want to change are crippled. I can’t even make a new connection profile. Bravo Zain, right now, you suck!
