Zain Internet Router, Day 1

Torrents and Zain

I am on the verge of cancelling my Zain subscription, but I still have a few hangups.  Right now, my torrent download speed is up and down, up and down, regardless of what I have my upload set to.  So, these are my questions:

Does Zain block the torrent ports thereby decreasing download speed?
